This is the 3rd set of 5.1 cans i have owned. They feel comfy for 2-3 hours and don't make my ears or head sweat. They definately give me an edge over 2.0 'phones thanks to the 5.1 positioning, although i didn't find them quite as sharp or precise as the Speed-Link Medusa. Thankfully, even though the Barracuda looks tacky and feels cheap, the build quality is a lot better than it appears.

Got my headphones today, they a couple speakers didn't work. Got a replacement and those didn't work at all. Until I get another working replacement; Terrible rating.

Headphones are great as a standalone unit, but the microphone is poor and not long enough to provide good quality sound output to others listening.
This is the only disappointment of what otherwise is a great set of headphones.

Wow I love you guys... I got this with my Christmas money and they are by far the best headphones I have ever used, especially for the price. Best money value out there, and man these things are comfy!

I love this thing, I bought it ages ago and have been using it ever since, I've dropped it numerous times, spilt crap on it, and packed it into tight places and it's still worked! I'd recommend this to ANYONE, I love it, and its sexy.

I absolutely love this headset. The construction is of great quality and this is the most comfortable headset I have ever owned.
This is not a good headset for stereo audio sources, but that's not what it is designed for. With a true surround sound signal, the quality and precision of the audio rivals my 7.1 surround system.
This is a great buy and a must have for gamers.

These headphones are pure awesome. They work well by them selves and even better with the Razer AC-1 sound-card. they are very comfortable and have produce good quality of sound. The Mic is a bit short but works great. A very good set of headphones that anyone should try out.
For my full review of this and other Razer products I have; visit the EA UK Forums and look for it under the name of VectorRoll.

Being in England, i was disapointed i couldn't have the HP-1's shipped straight from Razer but being a loyal Razer fan i made the extra effort and ordered from a partner site (Scan.co.uk). I had never experienced surround sound properly, setttling with simple 2.1 speakers my whole gaming life. Needless to say; i was excited. I waited impatiently the day of delivery. Finally a delivery van pulled up on my drive, i pratically ran to door and rushed through the paperwork! I opened the package and found my new Barracuda's there. I ripped through the plastic with only my hands and a pocketknife. I tried them on for size and they were prefect. adjucting to my head and encapsulating my ears seamlessly. After plugging them in and configuring my system to ;5.1 Sound;; i booted up Call of Duty 4 and was blown away how incredibly pin-point accurate these were. I could hear hidden snipers reloading on the building tops above me. Bersking enemies rushing at me from t
