Got these a day ago, and man these have served me well so far. BTW, my first headset so canät really compare it to other products. Nevertheless, the sound quality is very clear and I can hear some quiet sounds I've never heard before. It required some time to get used to these since I haven't worn these kinds of headphones. They fit my head perfectly and aren't pressuring at any point which is great and adds to comfort factor.
The earmuffs are very comfortable and plushy, plus they accommodate my ears fine.

If I had to bring the cons of this product, I'd say they're minimal. Maybe the biggest concern (for me) is the ultra long cord although it allows one to room all the space around. The minor cons being the lack of blue LEDS(!) or they could've at least lighten up the inline remote, and the other is the lack of mute for headphones but it's not so big of a deal since you can mute them by two scrolls of the wheel.

All in all, I must say I'm very pleased with my first Razer and can proudly announce it won't be my last =) Way da go, Razer!

It's a real nice headset, I can hear guns being fired across the map in FPS although it does seem to have some trouble picking up footsteps in games with ambiance because of the extra bass added to the background noise. I ran mirrors edge with them on and it was pretty sick everything sounded great. I've also went through my rap play list and listened to everything, and wow they are perfect for rap. All in all I am very happy with my purchase, and will be buying from Razer again in the near future.

the sound quality is amazing with these headphones. I was a little sketchy when i ordered them, i though to myself 80 dollars for a headset? But in all honesty they are worth every cent. They are made with quality, style, sound, and extreme comfort in mind. Highly recommended!

Outstanding sound! Completely noise free cable and excellent sharp highs and deep lows. I wish it had a USB connection too so it had power for a nice BLUE glow like the Megalodon.

I bought these on the 10th and received them 3 days later. The sound is outstanding with excellent detail and balance. I am surprised the carcharias drivers can take alot of abuse from the iTunes equalizer without the sound breaking. The phones are very VERY comfortable as well. Great for late night listening after the rest of the house is asleep. $79.99 is a worthy price to pay. thumbs up!

Very nice headset. Ran a bass test through them and was happy. I gave it a four out of five because you can't turn them off. There is a power off for the mic only. Kind of a pain if you want to leave them plugged in all the time.

This headset is amazing. It has better quality than my Barracuda HP-1 Headset that's 5.1. I give it a 4 because I have been waiting so long to get the Megalodon. Which of course will be mine when it comes out.
