Q: I’m behind a router and I can’t get the microphone to work on my PSP.
A: If you’re behind a router, you’ll need to access your router control panel and open up ports that are required for voice communications. You need to know your PSP's mac address, this is its unique address, found under the PSP’s settings, where your battery level is. Then assign it a static IP. Configure your router to allow the following TCP ports to be open for the PSP's IP address:

1) TCP 10070-10080
2) TCP 6000-7000
For instructions on how to open your router’s port, visit www.portforward.com

Q: Will it work with my Mac?
A: Apple’s Mac doesn’t support microphones on two-plug headsets (the plugs with the green and red rings around them). If you would like to use a headset with the Mac, check out USB headsets like the Razer Megalodon.

Q: Why does the Razer Moray+ have a frequency response of 20 to 11,000 Hz while other earbuds generally have 20 to 20,000 Hz?
A: Most earphone manufacturer list the full audio range possibly detected by the human ear but for the Razer Moray+, most gaming audio fall within 500 to 11,000 Hz so we’ve optimized this range so that you hear better quality audio MOST of the time, rather than average quality audio ALL the time. Visit http://cult.razerzone.com/2009/06/08/razer-moray-frequency-response-explained/ for more details.

Q: How much noise isolation does the Razer Moray+ provide?
A: The Razer Moray+ delivers 20db of noise isolation.
